Adam Lovegrove

Adam Lovegrove

Physiotherapist, Personal Fitness Trainer

Adam has over 20 years experience working as a personal fitness trainer.

He is a registered level 3 instructor with REPS and has attained specialist qualifications in training the older population, advanced resistance training and nutrition and weight management.

In 2006 he graduated from Brunel University with a 2:1 degree in physiotherapy and has gone on to complete a masters degree in Neuromuscular physiotherapy at Keele University. He has also attained a certificate of higher education in strength and conditioning from Setanta College and a post graduate diploma in strength and conditioning from the University of Gloucester.

Adam is a certified Movement Therapist through Kinetic Control, specialising in movement and exercise analysis to optimise performance and minimise injury risk. He has supplemented this by completing Performance Stability courses also through Kinetic Control.

He currently works part time as a physiotherapist at Wembley Community Hospital in addition to private work.

Jacqui Burke

Jacqui Burke

Personal Trainer

Jacqui has over 18 years experience as a personal trainer.

She is registered as a Level 3 instructor with The Register of Exercise Professionals UK and a member of Fitness Professionals Ltd.

Jacqui has attained specialist qualifications in optimum nutrition, weight management and training during pregnancy.

Over the passed few years, Jacqui has completed several city marathons and has now branched out to do more unusual marathons, such as the North Pole, Everest base camp and an ultra marathon (56miles) in South Africa. She is able to specialize in designing training programs for your specific needs.

Jacqui's next challenge will be participating in the "Marathon Des Sables', which is a self-sufficient 156 miles foot race over 7 days in the Sahara Desert.

In addition, Jacqui is a member of a triathlon club and has completed several half Ironman and full Ironman triathlons and can also assist in designing a program in these 3 disciplines, together with weight management, aerobic and strengthening programs.
